came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. replaaced all parts and put the unit back together. tested operation. unit is running as designed. advised cx to monitor the unit for 24 hours before adding product. if any issues persists to please call us back. cx agreed.

upon arrival cx stated they believed they had home warranty that covers appliance i stated we would have to be dispatched under the plan to cover repair. cx stated they would call back if they found it. cx asked few questions about replacement models in case they found they did not have one cx stated they would probably replace with wrs model stated would cross that bridge when it happens if they couldnt find plan
