cx complaint unit makes noise from the ice maker area. inspected unit and found im is making ice. I removed ice bin and jumped ice maker. I found im harvested and filled with water. I think noise shes hearing is the ice maker trying to break the ice out of the mold. I found im heater does work. unit is working as design.

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking water. upon arrival I found that the unit has the water shut off to it. I turned the water on and heard a dripping noise immediately. I found that the hot water hose is leaking around the collar. I removed the hose and inspected the valve and found no cracks or damage. I reattached the hose and found that the hose is still leaking. I also inspected the drain hose and under the unit and found no other signs of leaks. I informed the cx that the hose will need to be replaced. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not locking or cleaning the oven on the self clean cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit uses the Aqua lift system and does not have a latch. I entered diag and found an F2E1. I then ran the diag test and the unit was able to complete that without any issues. I explained to the cx How the aqualift system functions. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"i was able to access unit and defrost the evap and replace the heater. I also found the defrost thermistor was faulty, i replace that with van stock. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 Wpw10384183 (thermistor (FG VS )), used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock"
