"cx complaint dryer noise when in use. i found idler was faulty. I qouted cx and cx accepted. replaced idler with van stock, clean all 4 drum rollers, cleaned all lint from inside unit. reattached exhaust vent to unit. cx paid in full. unit checks good. mb; ordrng 1 W10837240 (idler (FG VS)), used 1 W10837240 (BRACKET) from stock"

Per previous tech I was able access the drain pump. The maintenance department had the unit out to access the drain. I was able to remove the hoses and foundn that debris has gotten lodged in the hose preventing the water from draining. I was able to clear the drain and tested the unit. it is now functioning as intended. job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the suspension and the belt. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete.

"cx complaint unit doesnt heat. inspected unit and first checked voltage and found 0 volts from L1-L2. I found 121.4vac from L1-neutral, 121.4vac from L2-neutral. L, L2 to ground had the same voltage as to neutral. cx needs an electrician. unit checks good."

cx complaint left front flames are very high. Inspected unit and found all four burners needed the fames adjusted. i was able to do that. I then found after adjustment that L/F burner flame was still super high when set on high. almost 4 inch flame on back side with yellow tip. I found orifice was correct and tight. I moved burner head and cap from back left and found same results. unit needs gas valve to correct issue. once part is in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11620515 (L/F gas valve)
