Cx complaint that the unit is not working. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found error codes: f2e1 f1e0. Multiple buttons do not work. I tried to preheat both ovens multiple times and they both gave an f1e0 error a few minutes into the cycle. I called techline as instructed and they recommended replacing the UI console and UI harness according to my findings. I replaced the UI console and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I'm ordering the harness for the return visit as instructed by WP techline.sr7734148803; ordrng 1 16515 (clip harness) and 1 W10655464 (bracket harness)
