CX complaint about unit not powering up inspected out let 121vac coming out from it as well confimred power to control found scorch marks on hmi checked continuity on harness & passed then check power from J5 connector getting 7.5vdc suppossed to get 12vdc issue with control & hmi need parts; ordrng 1 W11675701 (ctrl elec HMI) and 1 W11627413 (CTRL ELEC)
