Cx complaint is that the unit made a popping noise and hasn't heatedup food since. Upon arrival I found that the mag is loud when attempting to run. I accessed the diaoe and found that it has some grey ashy residue on it. I quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the mag and diode. Cx will decide on the repair at a later time.

per previous diag I was able to access and replace the FC module. i then tested the light and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete.

Cx complaint is that the FC light is not working. Upon arrival I found that the module has failed. I called TC and got a PL auth for the cx. I am ordeirng the module. I was able to set the retun visit for Tuesday 6/13 AM preference. ordrng 1 W11602886 (Module)

installed parts and tested unit. unit now checks good.
