CX complaint is WM door leaking. Inspected and foun d boot seal had a tear in it. Gave CX quote of $481.60 for total cost of repair and they agreed and paid in full by AMEX.. Replaced seal from pre-id. Tested unit after repair and it is working properly. Not leaking. Job is complete

Replaced parts per prior diagnosis. Unit still leaking. Found water dripping out of dispenser itself. and onto the floor. Attempted to order dispenser and it is discontinued. Verified through HM. Informed CX of part availability. Job is complete

"Cx complaint is unit making a loud noise, not cooling in the RC. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the fill tube for the IM to be defective causing water to leak into the evap compartment and build up ice on the left side of evap and around fan. It built up to the point where the fan stalled and hasnt been cooling for over w week. Thawed most of the ice on the evap and restored cooling to the unit. Installed damper from previous diagnosis. Ordering FC fan, fill tube and clamp. Rescheduled for 9/14/23.; ordrng 1 W10861184 (clamp) and 1 WPW10464673 (motor-evap) and 1 WPW10601149 (fitting)"

CX complaint: frosted evap. Tested and verified complaint and documented evap in pics. Defrost thermistor is in correct place and is reading accurately within 3 degrees. Evap fan running strong. Drip pan drain was clear and draining well. Ordering main control and dispenser UI to replace the parts with the logic to run defrost. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; ordrng 1 W10843055 (main control) and 1 W11089931 (dispenser UI)
