Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining at the end of cycles. upon arrival I found that the unit has water in the bottom. I hit the cancel button and found that the drain pump activated and drained as intended. I entered the diag test and found that the unit was able to complete the cycle as intended. "Replaced pump and control, recalibrated and ran auto test, unit completed test without further issues. Unit checks good."

Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the lid latch. I then tested the latch manually and found that it is functioning as intended. I then ran the diag test and found that theunit shut off and became unresponsive when it attempted to drain. I removed the console and tested the drain pump circuit and found it to be reading OL. The pump is shorted and took out the control again. I am ordering the control and drain pump. "Cx complaint unit doesn't have power. When arrived found unit wouldn't power on and the lid was locked. Accessed control and found no power. Replaced control and fascia using pre-id parts and the control got power but fascia wouldn't display screen. Placed old fascia back on and it worked. Entered diag and found no error codes, attempted to run test and unit wouldn't start. The lid lock wouldn't activate. Ordering lid latch, found in stock and set return for 6/14.
