installed new sump and tested unit no leaks

Installed new drain pump and stopper. Unit is drainning and the stopper is keeping the rack in rail. Unit is back to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit is not draining I found the unit is not draining and the pump is just humming. I removed the pump and found the pump is jammed and hard to turn nd is overheating. Unitwill need new drain pump i was abe to free is and is working but it may lock up again. also the top rak keep falling. The stopper is not locking anymore and keeps falling off and the rack comes off. Ordering rack stop. both parts in stock.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (DRAINPUMP) and 1 W11545307 (Stopper)

"Cx states unit won't start cycle. Tested, unit is working properly, instructed cx on how two-step start operates on washer. No saved error codes. Ran auto test, completed with no errors. Started normal cycle, unit filled and began washing. Unit is working properly."

"cx complaint unti started working good making ice good then stopped making ice and temps in freeezer warmed up fridge temps did also. inspected unit temps in freezer 37 fridge is 45. took both section apart both section have small ice build up signs of low charge, checked for uv dye on both evaps and found none, checked compressor area and found no uv dye, hooked gauges up and when cooling in fridge side we are in a 14inch vac way off highside 60. presure equalized at 20. filled with nitrogen soapywater everything to find no leaks outside cabinet nitrgogen loosing pressure very slow. called techline spoke to adrian unit cant be fixed and was told tell cx someone from will be in contact with cx and myself on the next steps"
