"Cs unit is not drying dishes, confirmed complaint. Error code f5e1 door switch stuck open, false code customer leaves door open when not in use.Test cycle completed, heater and dispenser activated. Noticed customer not using rinse-aid. Instructed customer to use rinse aid and how to properly load unit. Unit is working as designed."

cx complaint is unit still leaks. not the same flow each time. starts as unit fill and sprays out and he said even during unit leaks. he runs unit out so he can try to see leaks. said Lowes was going to replace but needs us to say unit is non repairable. he said this is a new unit and hes tired of repairs and parts done with missing all the work and so many repairs. part replaced multyiple time. tested unit and unit leaks in 2 spots. advised i cant stay for a entire cycle as i have a schedule. he just wants unit replaced as its new and been nothing but problems. will write unit up so cx can have lowes replace. advised we will close ticket out for as well per his wishes.
