"cx complaint unit not making ice , checked unit and found fill tube checked good with no debri or ice built up in fill cup . tested valve checked good along with ice maker , tested fill tube and found water not traveling threw fill tube . ordering new fill tube for repair to unit .; ordrng 1 W11677731 (fill tube)"

cx complaint the unit is not turning on. came out to replaced parts preiously ordered. disassembled the unit as needed. replaced all parts and ohhmed out new pump. it is good to go. so i plugged in the unit. made sure software was stored. calibrated/tested the unit. unit is runnning as designed.

cx complaint unit making loud noise checked unit and found bad slider on unit seperating from metal ring . replaced slider and tested unit is now running as designed .

"cx complaint unit just blinking , checked unit and found drain pump connetion unseated from unit not allowing it to properly cycle and start . reseated and tested notice good water pressure on the hot side but vary little on the cold side . tested valve and valve tested good . advised cx to have house water looked at due to vary low pressure coming from cold on the house side . cx agreed ."
