Cx complaint is the finish is peeling. Inspected unit and found the front panel crome piece is peeling the finish away. Door gasket is allowing to much heat out which is taking away the finish on trim. Ordering trim and door gasket; ordrng 1 W11564642 (Trim) and 1 W11562931 (Door gasket)

Cx complaint some buttons do not work. Inspected unit and found some buttons do nothing when pressed. Installed console and ui. Tested unit no issues.

Cx complaint food is freezing at top 2 shelves of RC section. Cx has removed things from unit prior to me entering house. Cx says they should be able to put as much as they want into unit. Advised them that is not how unit works. Called techline.Advised that there needs to be airflow in both compartments for unit to cool properly. Advised cx to contact customer service if still unhappy.

CX complaint FRIDGE not making ice. Has not made any ice since last service. Replaced icemaker & LED driver. Plugged unit in & all LEDs are working. Icemaker harvest & fill. NO LEAKS > JJ

Cx complained of a humming noise and the unit did not agitate or spin. Installed new capacitor and tested in diagnostics and it passed each step. Job complete
