"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. Installed a Access Valve , Drier & Couplers. Filled the unit with Nitrogen to 140 Psi. Waited 20 mins. No change in pressure . Unit is holding pressure. I then pulled a Vacuum on the unit. Unit is holding a Vacuum. Filled the unit with 1.7 Ozs. Unit is starting to cool. Running pressures are 55 Psi on the high side & 0 on the low side. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures ; used 2 W11506621 ( DS / Vs) ( Coupler) from stock"

"Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Inspected the unit and found that when turned on, it moved but when the test button is pressed, it does not cycle and there is ice in the mold. Explained all to tech support and they say to replace the ice maker.; ordrng 1 W11284458 (ice maker)"

Cx complained the unit shakes violently. Inspected the unit and foundt here is an off balance code. Cx says they tried to wash 2 sheets but his wife did a load and it was fine. Explained to the cx load size and use and care. Install and instruct. Job complete

"Cx complained of a no cool. Inspected the unit and found the compressor is running but there is zero frost pattern. Unit needs new compressor, drier and evap. Cx complained the door would fall. Inspected the unit and found bad pads. Installed new pads and tested and the door no longer falls. job complete
