dishwasher concerns with drying and also cleaning at times when when selecting cycles at times unit will start overfound middle spray arm hitting pans in lower backet showed customer how to adjust rack heater ohmed at at 12.5 ohmz repalced control tested also taking sometime to heat water from sink informed customer on letting water heat before starting cycle and also using rinse aide

"tech line steve, start time 12:10, 377 12:31.... customer tated that the unit will not stay hot after preheat, and the unit will not reach full temp during preheat. verified issue and fnd no errors. ran a cycle on the upper oven and out of preheat the unit was at 377 when set to 400, and never cycled back on after that. both ovens are reacting the same... once restarting the unit, the temps come back up.. unit will need the ui assy and will have a harness just in case; ordrng 1 w11600643 (control panel) and 1 w11245674 (main harness)"
