"cx complaint is the unit not dispensing ice properly. cx says the motor binds up, noise changes and no ice comes out. if cx empties the bin and clears frost from under bin the unit will dispense but once bin fills back up it stops again. unit was recently cleaned when i arrived and cubes in bin were fresh so everything was working. poured water down ice chute and it leaked from the seperator. after exiting diagnostic mode the damper started making a lot of noise. it is opening/closing but doesnt sounds very healthy. ordering seperator assembly, auger motor and damper. scheudle when approved/parts available.; ordrng 1 W11202789 (motor) and 1 W10889430 (door-ice) and 1 W11236851 (diffuser)"

"cx complaint is a loud screaching nose (cx has video of the noise) and unit taking to long to dry. no codes. ran timed dry on high heat. air flow meter shows no air flow at all. temp prob shows unit is heating. noise started within a couple min of unit running. inspected and found nothing out of place. all rollers spin freely, same with idler. blower wheel had a little lint on it but no damage. ran unit with front off. found noise coming from heater box. adjusted and tightened but noise returns. ordering heater box and bracket. found with duct removed unit has good air flow. advised cx have vent cleaned or have builders fix whatever is clogging the duct. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10802681 (box) and 1 8066099 (bracket)"

cx complaint is the knob being hard to turn and not staying on the timer very well. confirmed complaint. knob was off when i arrived and when i put it on and tried to turn it the timer seems siezed. replaced both parts with preIDed parts and tested unit. unit is working as designed.

cx complaint is the check vent light coming on frequently. cx has had the vent cleaned twice since unit was installed but light keeps coming on. i found no saved codes. i ran the unit. no strange noisies. air flow meter shows good air flow for all dryers. checked outlet thermistor at board. thermistor reads 12k ohms at room temp. called techline to document. they said thermistor reading is good. unit is working as deigned and the clean vent light is more of a reminder than a warning. informed cx and he understands. unit is workign as designed.

"cx complaint is the unit running but not heating. confirmed complaint. found terminal block properly wired and supplying 244vac. inspected rear of unit and found a blown thermal fuse. element is good and not grounded to chassis. replaced fuse with VS part. restored power and tested unit. unit is now heating properly. air flow meter shows poor air flow for all dryers. i advised cx have duct cleaned ASAP. unit is working as designed.; ordrng 1 279816 (thermal cut off hi SB VS), used 1 279816 (TCO) from stock"
