"cx complaint is the unit not running at all. display lights up but when start is pressed nothing happens. tried holding start to run the drain pump and it did not run. the door latch was damaged when i arrived. the part your fingers contact inside the panel is missing. i took outer door apart and the broken pieces of the latch fell out. tested both door switches. they both have continuity when door is closed, OL with door open. i called techline, they said issue is most likely in the keypad beings the door switches are still working. advised replacing control panel. panel is no longer available. i informed cx of this and they paid service call."

cx complaint unit is leaking from front right side. inspected unit and found puddle of water in the back on right side. cx pulled fridge out and i can hear water supply line leaking. found where leak is and had cx cut water off. cut out hole in line put a fitting in and turned water back on and no more leaks. informed cx if ever leak again in future to call plumber to keep line changed due to coming out of floor and fridge can role over. collected payment unit is good

"Cx complaint that the unit is not ejecting the ice, it gets stuck and only dispenses crushed ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the Icemaker off at the UI and IM arm in the off position. I turned it off and ran a harvest cycle, the unit worked fine. With there being no ice in the unit I was unable to replicate the dispensing performance. I recommend the cx getting a new ice bin based on the initial complaint. I'm ordering the part but the cx wants to ordering the part themselve because installation is so simple. I collected the service call by cash.; ordrng 1 W11185686 (ice container 189.11)"
