checked temp 8 in fc and 39-rc and .7 amp draw called EW and he explained with the amp draw is normal and temp normal i explained unit is in a hotel room where empty most times and not opened alot so unit normal i explained to maint. guy that putting like a gallon of water or to give unit something to have thermostat to run off to maintain run and defrost cycles
