"CX complains unit is not starting cycle. Unit shows F7e5-shifter failure f2e1-stuck button. Ran unit through diagnostic test, unit failed to spin and was making grinding noise. Removed rotor and found oil all over bottom of unit. Unit will need gearcase due to failing. Office to schedule return when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10915701 (rotor) and 1 W10909670 (spanner) and 1 W10752187 (washplate screw)"
