"Cx complaint unit making noise. Found no saved codes. Ran diag cycle and found noise from premature belt and splutch wear. Replaced parts with van stock and tested unit now checks good no further work needed; ordrng 1 WPW10006384 (belt (JL VS)) and 1 W10721967 (clutch kit (JL VS)), used 1 WPW10006384 (belt (JL VS)), and 1 W10721967 (clutch kit (JL VS)) from stock"

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace pump. Only needed pump as impeller had seperated causing issue and control was good. Tested unit and unit checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint of buzzing noise. Was able to access unit and found drain pump shorted out control. Ordering pump and control and setting return for Thur 5/25/23; ordrng 1 W11399437 (drain pump) and 1 W11513246 (control)
