"CX complaint is that teh unit smells of burning when in opperation. I found that the gearcase is leaking oil causing teh smell as it hits and covers the motor, blet , and splutch. I called WP Safety team and explained my finding . Called Safety. CX is to call safety and discuss options.;"

I was able to access and replace all parts. I tehn recalibrated the unti and ran a auto test. I found the unit to complete a test with out issues. Unit test good.

"Cx complaint unit wouldn't start cycle. Entered diag and found error code F7E1 tachometer missing. Ran test and unit shifted to spin but didn't. Replaced capacitor, ran and unit began to spin but started and stopped several times before spinning to high speed. Found the control wasn't sending enough voltage to motor. Replaced control, ran test and unit completed test without any further issues. Unit checks good"

CX complaint was that the unti was making a grinding sound and leaving black marks on clothing. I found that the idler pulley was fragmented allowing the belt to rub on the axle of the pulley creating black marks. I replaced the pulley and unit test good.
