Customer complaint unit is not making ice. Also has a rattling noise inside refrigerator arrive today and found control that was sent was used and have to re-order control inspected unit for rattle and ran test three in service mode and found air baffle is rattling. Ran test 56 on icemaker and found E2error ordering parts return visit and will return when all parts arrive; ordrng 1 WPW10479155 (Air baffle) and 1 W11224256 (Main control) and 1 W11658802 (Ice maker) and 1 W11087201 (Heater) and 1 W10846539 (Ice maker fan)

cx complaitn is the lid being broken. confiemd complaint. replaced lid with preIDed part and tested lid. it locks and unlocks properly. working as designed. cx paid in full.

"cx complaint is the RC door creaking when opened/closed, the bottom shelf being to cold and unit being to loud. noise i hear is normal operation, cx has been told this several times. unit is set to recomended, prob shows 32 on bottom shelf. door does creak when opened. tightened bottom hinge but no changes. called techline. they had me change air baffle setting in FC section, it is now on max. they advised ordering lower door hinge parts and new door. ordering door hinge parts and door. cx will call when door is delivered.; ordrng 1 WP2254473 (hinge-door) and 1 WP489467 (washer) and 1 WP487576 (washer) and 1 WP2201567 (shim) and 1 W11023679 (dor-fip)"

"cx complaint unit is making rattling noise at random times showed me recording and sounds like freon lines rattling. inspetcted unit and sounds good right now, ran test 5 full ramp and had some vibrating noise under frigde. pulled fridge out of floor matt and found freon lines rubbing so seperated and no noise now. cx wants me to calll husband so called husband and he also infomred me when he would remove lower grill and out his hand on the drain pan noise would stop. pushed unuit back in and raised and ran test 5 again at full ramp and sounds good. told cx to keep an eye on noise unit is good to go"
