"cx complaint that unit is not going through the cycles properly and had to unplug unit to respond back to them pressiing the start button. i found no codes upon arrival today, and was able to find the lid to lock and the unit to fill woth good water pressure. cx also mentioned ' today was working no issues' i found after systme recalibrating and running htrough all test features uinit doe work as designed functional wie. recalibrated and tested no issues showed cx nd will see what happens from there."

"CX complaint was that the unti would not strat a wash cycle. I found in diag no stored error code, but during t5he auto test I found that when the unit attempted to go into the agitation cycle. I heard the shifter clicking . I was able to access and replace the shifter from van stock. Unit test good.; used 1 W10913953 (Shifter) from stock"

Cx complaint is that the unit stopped at the rinse cycle and then they were unable to get the unit to start another cycle. upon arrival I found an F2E1. I then ran the diag test and found that it was able to complete the diag test. I then started a normal cycle and found that the unit was able to start the cycle and began filling. I entered diag again and found that the F2E1 error is persisting. I am ordering the encoder and HMI. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11626075 (Encoder) and 1 W11626077 (HMI)

Per previous tech I was able to access and rpelace the console. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
