Found operating thermostat was bad. Installed new part from truck stock. All check ok. Collected amount due.; used 1 wp3387134 (operating thermostat VS/PF) from stock

Customers complaint is loud noise. Found the water valve was making noise. Replaced with part from truck stock. All check ok.; used 1 W11210459 (water valve VS/PF) from stock

Customers complaint is ice bin does not fill all the way up. Advised customer the arm on the bottom of the icemaker dips down to detect ice so it will never get all the way to the bottom of the maker. All check ok.

Customers complaint is unit still not making ice. Customer said it made about 2 batches of ice then stopped. Found the FF section was set at 34 degrees and the fill tube for the icemaker was frozen. Also the E5 error code was never cleared from the unit. Reset unit and all check ok.

Installed new parts. All check ok.
