This was the 4th time an appliance repairman looked at our light problems in our fridge the past couple years. I’m glad KitchenAid had VIA come to the house instead this time. The technician Jason worked diligently to figure out the problem and fixed it properly. He educated me on some things with appliance maintenance too.
So far, the lights work perfectly now. I’m keeping your information in case I need it in the future. Wish you had been assigned to look at our problem sooner.
