Customer complaint is unit freezing items in the FF compartment randomly. She said even the door would freeze. Today temps are good and nothing is frozen. Goind to order the FF temp sensor.; ordrng 1 W10316760 (FF temp sensor)

Customers complaint is door handle will not tighten. Found the threads on the handle are not right. Rethreaded the handle and all check ok.

Customer complaint is unit does not dispense water. Found frozen water line. Defrosted line and adjusted temp. All check ok.
