"Customer complaint is that the unit is giving an error code. Checked for stored error codes and found F9E1 and F2E3. Ran test cycle and the unit filled, but then did nothing else. Cycle would not cancel out. Unit unplugged and drain pump inspected. Found the wiring to the drain pump broken. Ordering lower harness. Also ordering console and control to address the F2E3 error.; ordrng 1 W11481116 (encoder) and 1 W11643701 (lower harness)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit is making ice, but is doing it slowly. Unit had made about 1/4 of a bin since the last visit. Ice maker is still reporting E5. Ice maker thermistor registering cooling than harvest temperature. Ran test 57 and the ice maker cycled properly. Ran test 45 and it did not fill, but tried to. Ran test 19 for 2 minutes and then reran test 45. Ice maker filled properly. Checked compartment temperatures and found the ice box around 20 and slowly dropping and the freezer is at 0. Ice box fan is working properly. Bin sensor is working properly. Contacted tech support with findings. Determined that the issue is either with the ice box thermistor or the ice maker thermistor. Ice box sensor tested good. Unit needs a new ice maker.; ordrng 1 W11579560 (ice maker) and 1 look (look)"

Heater replaced and ice maker tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer.

Per previous tech I was able to access and repalce the tub. i then ran the diag cycle while the unit was still pulled out to verify that there are no leaks. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
