cx complaint unit does turn on. inspected unit and found 0 volts at the outlet supply. I used a extension cord and ran unit to another outlet and found unit is working as design. advsied cx to get an electrician.

i was able to access unit and replace the control as per previous tech. ran auto test and fonud unit finished without issue. started a normal cycle and found unit was working as design. unit checks good.

"CX complai t is that the unit will not opperate. I found that the unti had a F9E2 error code. I cleared the code and attempted to start the unit. I foun d no opperation. I tehn canceled cycle and found the drain pump to not power on. I was able to pull the unit out of the cab and accessed the DP. I found a resistance reading of 18 OHM's. DP requirres a Resistance reading of 26-36 OHM's . I replaced the DP from van stock and found no opperation fron the drain again. I removed the DP conncetor at the pump anf took a voltage reading and found a fluctuating Voltage reading of 36-90 V's AC. I did find the propper 120V's supplied to the unit at the term block. I am ordering 1 control board (W11462459). I have set a return date for 7/28/23; ordrng 1 W11462459 (control 6 @ tribs), used 1 W11497943 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock"

"CX complains unit is building up frost due to unit FC door not sealing correctly. Found the top of the FC door seal had a slight gap allowing warm air to enter the FC causing frost build up. Was able to heat gasket to form and get a good seal. Unit is now working as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED"

replaced control recalibrated and ran auto test no issues and fully functional chcks good
