cx complaint is the unit not shutting off on its own. cx said it will run for hours/overnight if knob is not turned to the off position by hand. i found nothing out of place with the harness or power supply. replaced timer with preIDed part and let unit run the last few minutes of a cycle. unit shut off properly. unit is working as designed.
