"cx complaint the unit is noot heating to dry. checked the unit and found that the control had an error code f7e1 stored. replaced the control and testsed again. unit is running as designed. advised cx to make sure they purge the hot water line, use rinse aid, and make sure all heat/dry settings are selected prior to starting the cycle. after further testing found no amp draw coming from element during test cycle. unit needs a new element.; ordrng 1 W11306302 (control) and 1 W10518394 (element)"

came out to resolve the issiue. disassembled the unit as needed. found an open tstat on the lower voen. replaced and tested. unit is now heating up in all modes. fixed 24 hour clock and set it to 12 hour clock. if issue persists i advised cx to contact us. cx agreed.

cx complaint the unit is not allowing them to select a cycle. checked the unit and found that no matter where the knob is turned too that it doesnt register any cycle markings. therefore i checked errror codes and had an errror f2e1 and also tested the unit. all major componets working correctly except for the UI. ordering a new UI to resolve the issue. part is on fbo.; ordrng 1 W11478526 (UI)
