"After previous text visit, he had found this unit needed a new control and bake igniter. Arrived today and verified disconnected power. Remove back panel and removed old control replaced with new updated version took off bottom back panel and disconnected oven igniter remove parts from inside oven to access igniterremoved igniter and replaced with new place unit back at wall and plugged power up. Tested unit 350° and waited until it reached to make sure control chimed. Tested all burners. All burners work properly. Unit is now working as intended job complete."

cx complaint oven is not heating.inspected unuti and could confirm.found ignitor to not come.found ignitor to get 120v but read OL.also found relay on control to be clicking like crazy.unit will need a new control and ignitor W10918546 WPW10335164; ordrng 1 WPW10335164 (control) and 1 W10918546 (ignitior)

cx complaint light is bright in fridge.inspected unit and could confirm cx complaint.found freezer light to have a loose connection.seated connection in there properly and unit is now working properly

arrived cx showed me recipt unit is brand new floor model but recpit has wrong info on it unit is deff brand new never used. cx tried contacting lowes for ebtter recpit and has to go to store to get it. cx will call back when ready

Customer complaint unit is not dispensing correctlty. Is dispensing slow. I tested the unit and found the customer just replaced the filter. Pulled filter out and when i took it out the filter was pushing water out as if it was pressureized. I found the filter is bad. She had a new one and the unit is now dispensing good pressire water. Customer is going back to the store to get her moeny back and the unit is back to normal operations.
