cx complaint both broil and bake are not igniting. inspected unit and found all 5 burners on top light with no issue. I tested broil and found gas valve openes and allows gas out but spark ignitor does nothing. same results with bake. i found 123.4vac to dsi board from control when asking for bake or broil. I only found 54-55 volts coming out of board to ignitors. ordering DSI board along with both bake and broil ignitors. once parts are in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11162730 (dsi board) and 1 WPW10333842 (broil ignitor) and 1 WPW10324262 (bake ignitor)

"CX complains unit is leaking from underneath. CX is within warranty period according to issue date in entitlements. Found unit to be leaned forward causing the drum to sit too far forward causing the water to fill behind the drum as well as in front. Was able to level front feet and unit now fills into drum only. Retested unit and unit did not leak at all. Unit is now working as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"cx complaint unit stopped cooling in both RC and FC. inspected unit and found it unplugged. plugged unit in and found compressor does come on but no condensor fan. I fond 122.5vac to fan, tested fan and found it reading O.L. i found unit does build a frost pattern. I then found evap fan was not coming on. I test it and found motor showing O.L. i tested for voltage and found 124.5vac. unit needs condensor and evap fan to correct issue. qouted cx for repair and cx declined. cx paid service call fee only"

Cx complaint is that the unit is making noise as it is spinning still. Upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. Cx showed me a video of the unit having its issue. I ran a drain and spin with nothing in it and found it to spin normally. I then had the cx throw a load of bath towels in it and ran it through a rinse and spin cycle. The unit was able to spin out without any abnormal vibrations or noises. I explained to the cx that if the clothes get off balance it will be louder. The towels spun out without issues. It is a load specific intermittent issue that can be resolved by reorganizing the clothes if it gets off balance. Job complete
