cx complaint of unit not heating at all. Checked unit and found the following codes f7-e1. Checked element and high limit and are both reading open. Ran test and found control not sending voltage to heater at this time. ordering parts needed for repair.; ordrng 1 W10518394 (heater) and 1 WP661566 (thermostat) and 1 W11305308 (cntrl-elec)

"Recovered remaining refrigerant, removed and replaced compressor and filter/dryer. Installed coupler. Pulled 28hg of vac and no leaks found during leak down. Charged unit with 5.5oz of 134a. Unit in garage and is over 90 degrees low side at 4 psi high side at 115, amp draw 1.03. Unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint of unit was making a whinning noise and lights were flashing. Checked unit and found evap fan and ice box fan both to not be running, fans reading open. Noise cx was hearing is ice box fan pulsing when failing and causing issues with control. Damper stuck open. ordering parts needed for repair.; ordrng 1 W11224256 (control) and 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade) and 1 W11224591 (motor-evap)"
