Cx complaint is that the unit is not making ice. Upon arrival I found that the ice maker has not making ice since the cx has the floor redone. I was able to pull the unit out and found that the supply line was kinked. i was able to secure the line in a way that it will not kink. I then ran the harvest cycle and found that the ice maker filled as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is tht the unit was leaking from the freezer section. Upon arrival cx stated that it seemed like the icemaker overfilled causing the leak. I jumped the icemaker and found that the ice maker harvested but did not call for water. I ran the harvest test again and tested the voltage to the valve and found that it only sent 1.16 vac to the valve. I replaces the icemaker and also found that the fill valve was reading OL. I replaced the valve as well. The unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

I then ran the the diag test and found that the unit is filling slowly. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid the service fee and will pay for the parts and labor when they get the money.
