Found Top left of FC door is bowed outward, creating a gap in the cabinet and gasket. only way i could get it close to sealing was forcing the door. Rails seemed good. Checked evap fan and got 120 vc during running but fan motor was sputtering. could start with finger. unit needs new FC door and FC fan motor and blade.; ordrng 1 LW10858419 (Stainless FC door) and 1 WPW10464673 (fan motor) and 1 WP2163777 (fan blade)"

"Cs unit not draining out water, confirmed complaint, error codes f7e9 lock rotor,f0e3 overload, f8e1 long fill f2e1 stuck key. Inspected unit and found its working fine test cycle passed twice but they customer has the drain hose installed incorrectly,see pics. Advise to address the drain hose issue , that should take care if her complaint. Unit is now working properly."

"cx complaint unit still making loud vibrating noise intermittently, noise changes when shaking unit. cx said shims installed last time made no difference. inspected unit, not making noise at this time. pulled unit out and found condensor touching base plate, dont see any other places where noise could be coming from. used foam sleeve from v/s to put under condensor to prevent vibration. removed shims last tech installed. realigned doors. also noticed some frost on top right corner of fz door from gap in gasket. fluffed gasket with heat gun and gap closed. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist; ordrng 1 2162499 (foam sleeve AD v/s), used 1 2162499 (SLEEVE AD v/s) from stock"
