"cx complaint that unit is to warm in the rc section, when checking ffound like 46 degrees in the rc section and had a milk spoil etx. i found in test 6 the damper to be very loud and doesnt fully open to pull air through.. i found good air flow coming out when i opened myself. and found no signs of defrosting issues on the evap and has good frost patern and fan movemrnt also verified in test 3.. will need the damper WPW10594330 and call when approved in stcok and also recalibrated temps on the tyest 7 to increase colder air to get through untill we return to repair damper.; ordrng 1 WPW10594330 (dmaper)"

"CX complaint is that the unit is not dispensing water. CX informed me that the unit is intermitantly not dispensing water. I fou d that the unit is dispensing water at tie of service , however the seperator / water paddel is fragmenting . I am ordering 1 seperator (WP4159193). "Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles. Entered diag and found no stored error codes. Ran test and found unit shuts down when attempting to agitate. Entered manual test and unit drains and spins, on agiation unit powers down then unlocks lid. Ordering parts, found in stock and set return for 11/6.
