Cx complained the unit did not heat. Installed new element and tested and it now heats to temp Job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Cooktop isn't powering on. I then checked the power to the Cooktop. L1 to N = 100.1 Volts. L2 to N = 0.42 volts. Cx needs an electrician. Any questions please check Sd Pictures.

"Cx complained of a no cool. Installed new heater, melted ice, made sure the unit could drain and set to factory settings. Job complete"

"Cx complained the door would fall and the dispenser would drip. Installed new reservoir and tested and it now dispenses without the drip. Unit needs new door for the door dropping, the inside of the door on the lower hinge area is deteriorating.; ordrng 1 13107888SQ (door)"

"Cx complained the unit did not drain or dry. Inspected the unit and found that the drain line was clogged. There is a code of F7E1 for no heat in diagnostics. At the end of diagnostics, the heater came on. Explained to the cx that in colder months, the pipes are colder and the unit needs hot water ran at the sink prior. The unit drains and will heat Job complete"
