cx complaint that unit is rusting on the vent grill on the outter door and when arrived verified and took pic and found new panel was dented reordering and call to reschd; ordrng 1 w11461694 (fp ss door)

cx complaint thaty unit is making loud banging thjumping sound and usually happnes on the right side of the unit its making the thumping sound on.. i found today no codes and when checkibng the unit is leveled and is proper drain installment for water exiting not alliwng water to ciome back to cause weight issues. ran auto test and fond the right absorbed it not located to avoid noise contact and hiots the panel side. will need W11197416 nd call to reschd; ordrng 1 W11197416 (absorbers)

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking from the back RH corner area. Upon arrival I started a quick was cycle and found that after a few minutes of running I found that it is dripping from that area. I slid the unit out and found that towards the top of the corner the tub has a crack from the heating cycles. I am ordering the tub. I informed the cx that the tub will ship directly to them. They will inspect and inform the office when the tub arrives.; ordrng 1 W11513977 (Tub)

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the ice maker. I then jumped it and verified that it was able to complete the harvest cycle and fill. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the lights are outn in the top RH portion of the RC and the FC light. I Quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the LEDs. Cx paid in full. please contact cx when the parts are avaialble to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11683241 (LED kit)
