"cx complaint unit just blinks checked unit only code is F5E4. tried running unit on normal cycle. unit doesn't fill but runs agitation a few times then goes to done and runs drain pump. 100ohm at lid latch closed, open OL. 19.7ohm to drain pump. 4.7 cw motor, 4.7 ccw, 9.1 between both. funit needs control. also ordering water inlet valves and actuator just to be sure. got unit working for cx until we return; ordrng 1 W11627413 (control) and 1 W11513255 (inlet valve) and 1 W11481722 (actuator)"

Upon arrival checked unit found ice cream thawed to evap cover off found frosting on top of evap tested unit found freezer temp 20° ordering compressor and evap ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 4387444 (Evap repair kit) and 1 3ctss

cx complaint ice maker not making ice efficiently. checked unit to find temps at 37 rc and 4.5 fc. found at arrival ice maker was filled and ice not solid. emptied ice maker and tested ice maker completed harvest and filled. installed a different ice container to see how much ice will be dispatched over next few days. bin should be full with in 3 days. called techline spoke to Brandon advised to replace ice maker. tested ice maker completed harvest and filled to proper line. advised cx ice bin should be full with in 3 days. cx to monitor for proper ice production and call if issue persists.
