picked up both data loggers and both lights still blinking. didnt turn them off and put them in the bin to be returned. checked the refrigerator. no excess humidity in the unit at this time. informed the cx we will be in touch after going over the information; saved tckt

came out and replaced gasket and heated to form and fit as well as put some adhesive behind to help hold. advised cx to lave shut at least the nexxt 30 min to allow gasket to cool. job complete.

came out iand logers. made sure temps were set to normal and everything was good..rescheduled cx to pick logers up.on 11/3/23 as she wont be home on thursday.; schdld next appmnt for 11/3 FRI !

took temp readings first of 3 in freezer and 39 in fridge.called techline to go over unit. spoke to Rick and tested and checked and went over entire unit. no water or moisture found and units temps in range. advised to go over washing things and putting things in to wet and try puttung things in a plastic zip lock bag. cant find water or moisture anywhere and units sealed tight. gave cx a few tips to try and see how that does. seems like unit might be freezing then coming back up in temps as things in plastic containers are full of moisture on inner lid.. will order date loggers for unit. office will schedule.; ordrng 2 DataLoggers (Data Loggers)s

cx complaint is fridge still gets way to much moisture in it and things are wet. took temp readings of 0 in freezer and 30 in fridge. unit is set to 6 in freezer and 5 in fridge and 7 is the coldest. freezer checks. issue is in fridge. called tech line and on hold 40 min and moved on with schedule. will order all parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10503278 (Control Re Order) and 1 12002355 (Temperature Sensor) and 1 WPW10594330 (Damper)
