cx complaint is the RC lights flickering and being dim. cx said they flickered when issue frist started but now are just dim. confirmed complaint. fixture has 1 LED that is out and the rest are dim. unit will need a new light fixture. ordering part.; ordrng 1 W11527432 (LED fixture)

F0e9 off balance load Cx complaint unit will not spin out clothes. Inspected unit and found 1 error code above. Found unit is plugged into it own outlet with nothing else on it. Cleared code and ran diagnostic cycle. Unit tested valves and they were good. Unit drain and locked the lid and agitated. Shifter clicked and unit started spinning to full rpm and sounded smooth. Inspected under unit. Found no oil and all parts attached properly. Did find some water on the ground that could have caused unit to slide a little. Leveled feet and tested again. Unit is working as intended and displaying to error codes after 2 test. Unit is working as intended. Job complete

installed sump assembly. tested unit several times. unit completed the cycles with no issues. unit is working as designed. documented with techline beings cx has not heard back from whirlpool. texted them the pictures i took from last visit and gave SR# to cx.

When I arrived, unit was not hooked up and there was another washing machine in there. Explain to customer we have to have the unit hooked up completely, and there is no way to move stuff around to get this unit installed was able to plug power up to unit and run a diagnostic error code and found error code above for a long fill. No fill ordering inlet valve for return visit and explain to customer to have it installed and operational before we return or we will have to reschedulewill return when part arrives; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Inlet valve)"

"Customer complaint sometimes when opening the door, they noticed the door on the RC top left corner. The gasket pulls out of the door, arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found door seal to had popped out of track on the top corner of door, reinstall gasket to make sure it does not pop out again explain to customer that sometimes there is a lot of suction that could cause this to happen but its nothing to be worried about, Door seal was installed properly and shows no air leaks. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."
