"Cx complaint unit won't start cycle. Entered diag and found no error codes. Entered manual test and ran high speed spin and heavy agitation, both checked good. Cx didn't have water hooked up. Cx stated he attempted to wash 3 towels and informed him more laudry is needed in order for unit to add water after sensing. Instructed cx on how much laundry and how to evenly distribute around basket to get unit to complete cycles. Cx understood, unit runs as designed."

"Cx complaint unit doesn't heat. Ran unit on timed dry set to high heat, ran for 5 min and unit heated to medium. Fpund the vent cover flaps outside aren't opening while running. The vent hose runs about 10-15 ft from back unit to the outside with 5 90 degree elbows inside joists through basement. Instructed cx to have vent hose cleaned unit to the outside. If unit still doesn't heat up to high, cx will call back. No parts needed at this time, unit runs as designed."

"Replaced control, recalibrated and selected drain and spin. Timer counted down to 12 min and was stuck there spinning. Contacted TL, spoke with Brandon ands he informed the control needs updated software. Ordering control, spoke with parts specialist and per TL, control needs to come directly from WP. Once part is in contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11419171 (control from WP)"

"Cx complaint the unit won't preheat on certain settings. Entered diag and found no errors present. Cx stated unit wouldn't recognize the meat probe when attempting to bake any kind of meats. powered off unit from breaker for few minutes, restored power and entered bake chicken without probe inserted, set temp and console displayed to insert probe and after insertion pressed start and unit began to preheat and reached temp. Selected several bake cycles and unit began to preheat on all. Unit runs as designed."
