"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave isn't Heating. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F1E5 = Inverter failure. Unit will need the Magnetron, Inverter, Appliance Manager & Thermostat. ; ordrng 1 W11325786 (Whirlpool Microwave Control Board) and 1 W11578579 (INVERTER) and 1 W11607085 (THRMST-FIX) and 1 W11578959 (MAGNETRON)"

Christian was a good solid tech. He arrived on time and was courteous and capable. I advised him that i had a puddle forming under the fridge every couple of days and the things that I had observed. He listened carefully to what I had to say and then started troubleshooting. He found a clogged defrost drain, cleared it and put everything back together. Great job. I’m on vacation this week, but I feel pretty confident that I’ll find a dry floor when I return. Thanks!
