Installled new splutch. Unit is back to normal operations.

"cx complaint unit just skips to done. inspected unit and verified complaint. f7e1 error stored. found motor runs good but not agitating or spinning. found belt came off, wrapped around motor and got tore up. ordering still some belt left i can reinstall. ran agitation and spin and that runs good now but unit shaking alot during spin. found unit out of level. releveled unit and its spinning good now. ordering belt and splutch, in stock. scheduled return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11611297 (belt)"

"cx complaint unit not agitating. inspected unit and verified complaint. found actuator arm came out of splutch as mentioned in service pointer but theres no Scode to cover repair. cx said she has extended warranty thru home depot but said she will pay to get unit fixed now. tried calling tradecare but they said unit didnt qualify for getting auth to cover repair. replaced actuator from v/s. quoted cx 252.93, paid in full with check. ran calibration and autotest. unit is now working properly; ordrng 1 W10913953 (actuator AD v/s), used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR AD v/s) from stock"

"cx complaint dryer is not tumbling but heating up. inspected unit and notice belt was broken and pullety disconnected, inspected pulley and pulley was good. replaced belt and tested unit, working as intended"
