Did not kick on place unit into diagnostic and ran all tests and mag never worked during test. Ordering high-voltage parts. "Cx complaint unit sometimes leaves suds at the bottom of it a ride today and inspected unit and found no suds tested unit unit worked properly filled washed and drained. I found no suds after test. Explained to customer how to properly use unit and how not to wash dishes before placing them inside of unit that it may cause suds or more soap that the unit cannot handle. explained certain tips and things to do to make the machine work better. Also explained that with this tub being a plastic tub, the drying process is not ideal, and that it may need to have the door open to let it naturally air dry in some circumstances. Unit is working as intended and collected for service. Call job complete."

"cx complaint is poor cooling in FC section and IM not working. unit is set to 33/0. prob shows 30/12. found all fans work. "rpelaced sensor and tested and would reach 330 when at 350, calibrated control +30 for bake and retested and reaches 350 when set to 350. cx said problem is when at 00 degrees so heated to 400 now and reached it with no issues and had cx thermoeter inside. unit is good togo"

"cx complaint unit is still giving issue drain line in bucket water lines off unit rear panl off. inspected unit for errors and had f7e6 f0e5 so ran auto test skipped water part and found unit tries to spin but cant. checked hub to find its bad snapped pic. replaced part and hooked unit/put back together and tested and unit now spins good. gave cx the quote and collected by check. calibrated control unit is good to go; ordrng 1 W10528947 (hub SD V/S 17.20), used 1 W10528947 (hub SD V/S) from stock"
