"complaint is unit not running cycles. cx said cycling power used to let it work for a few loads but not it wont work at all. found F3E2 inlet temp fault, F0E4 spin limit by temp, F5E2 lid lock failure, F2E1 stuck key. very difficult to clear codes. holding the key just goes to next code, doesnt recognize im still holding the key down. checked thermitors on valves and got a readign of 3ohms at room temp, chart stops at 10ohms/149 degrees. thermistor is out of spec. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. started a normal wash cycle. lid locked, basket turns and unit began filling. canlled cycle and it drained and unlocked lid. inspected under unit. nothing out of place, no signs of binding. replaced valves with preIDed part. calibrated unit. cx paid in full. unit is working"

"cx complaint is the unit shaking during spin and leaving clothes wet at end of cycle. i tried to move the basket to see if it was loose and found it wont move at all. shipping botls are still installed in the rear of the unit. cx said they just got the unit last month. i removed the shipping bolts. found F8E1 saved. cleared code ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. spun smoothly and good flow from both valves. ran high speed spin, nice and smooth. unit is working as designed."

cx complaint is the unit not making ice. when i arrived unit was set to recomended temps and IM was on. FC temp was 0 degrees. i tried cycling IM but it didnt respond. IM is getting 125vac. replaced IM with preIDed part. tested IM and it worked properly and filled. unit is working as designed.

CX complaint unit would not run. After previous text visit he had found the door switch was defective and no longer registering when the doors closed. Arrived today and verified complaint. Disconnected power and removed lid. Replaced door switch reinstalled all parts and tested unit unit now operates correctly and the text from the door is open and closed. Unit is now working as designed job complete.

cx complaint is the unit not running. confirmed complaint. outlet is properly wired and supplying 240vac. i found door siwtch is broken. plastic tab is snapped off. when pushed back with my finger and start is pressed unit will run. ordering door switch. scheduled return for 5/31 with office.; ordrng 1 WPW10237959 (switch-dor)
