Inspected unit and found drain pump just running, Pulled console and ohm out pump its testing good was ble to get unit into diag and found long fill no fill error, Ran diag and found the valve isnt working as it should. We had to wait five weeks to get it fixed. The first guy came and put the parts on after he ordered them . Eric came put on his machine couldn’t find the problem. Then he found on the back the other man must have cut the rubber hose on the back so he ordered it and put it on now it is working. But I was really frustrated with the whole deal. After we just bought it in August of last year.
