CX complaint: no heat. Had 240vac at term block first test. Sensors and element all passed test. Went back to term block and getting 89 vac until i wiggled pulg on wall. Then 240vac restored and heat resumed. I advised CX to have a licensed electrician take a look at this. Unit is working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint: difficulty with pause and restart and still having hweavy clicking. I went over pausing and resuming cycle. Under unit when i turned the cam, im getting a lot of play and clicking. I replaced the CAM then checked and still getting the heavy clicking and realized this is coming from the gearcase rather than the CAM. Ordering gearcase. Scheduled return visit for 12/8 PM.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase)"

CX complaint is no ice dispense. Inspected/tested and verified. While trying to dispense it just makes a click/pop noise. Inspected both couplers and they didnt seem defective. Replaced plate and coupling and same result. Replaced ice bin and issue stopped. CX then stated that the bin is freezing over. Didnt see any iisues with ice door ar gaskets but did notive that ice maker almost had a mind of its own and was going back and forth. This may be causing water to leak into bin.. Ordering ice maker. Rescheduled CX for Tuesday 12/5; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker)
