cx says the unit is washing for 2-3 hours. no error4 codes in mempory. ran the diagnopstic test and the unit fills washes drains and heats good. saw the inside has a lot of suds built up. informed cx do to a clean cycle. the unit is now good

cx showed me the top of both doors is not level after he dropped the right door down as much as he could and the door gasket on the refrigerator bottom isside is not sealing to the cabinet. leveled the unit so both doors are even. used a heat gun on the gasket and the door is now sealing good to the cabinet(pic) the unit is now good

cx complaint the shelf is falling apart. could confirmed. shelf mount wont hold. ordering shelf & both mounts w 2 grease; ordrng 1 WPW10468556 (right rail) and 1 WPW10579374 (shelf) and 1 WPW10468555 (left rail) and 2 WP542638 (grease)s

cx says the unit is getting a f8e3(overflow) error code in memory. found the unit does have the f8e3 in memory. ran the diagnostic and the unit is filling draining and spinning good. cannot duplicate fault
