Orbie worked until he found the problem- he had to call Maytag to find the issue that they are developing a fix. He provided us with a work around.

Everything went well! The technician’s were knowledgeable about what they were doing and very courteous. However I did not understand that prior to coming the first time and having been informed of what exactly was going on with the appliance and how it was not operating. Why there wasn’t any parts on board the work van to accommodate fixing the few scenarios that could have been causing the problem. I felt like two service calls were unnecessary since the second service a week later only took five minutes for the technician to install the part. We were without this appliance for almost three weeks. The first technician said that the part was ready just not on his van. Like I mentioned earlier everything else was professional and courteous!

Chris was super nice and went out of his was to resolve the issue with our dishwasher.

Chris was great! He was on time; he knew what he was doing; he fixed our refrigerator quickly, and he recommended how to avoid it happening again in the future. We also appreciated the electronic alerts re: arrival time, etc. Very impressive! We couldn't be more pleased.
