5 YR WARRANTY CX complaint about unit randomly not responding to commands changing timing on cycles put unit on test mode I was able to confirmed error F2E1 stuck key on diagnostics remove console & found 5vdc from control need console asm also when I was testing unit on auto test found that gearcase is doing a really loud grinding noise from bearing & leaking a little oil from the bottom agitator is not coming out screw locked in need to be cut MUST BE SET AS 2 COUNTS GEARCASE REPLACEMENT; ordrng 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W11130359 (suspension) and 1 W10752187 (screw)
