CX compllaint about unit not starting a cycle not filling with water found 2 issues strike is partially fragmented causing not to latch everytime (not caused by CX) replaced with preid also hot & cold water were closed turned them on tested & everything works now

CX complaint about unit freezing items on Rc inspected temperature on arrival 32* tested resistance on sensor 13.8ko replaced damper which has both sensors built on it MUST WAIT 72 HRS TO ADJUST TEMP

CX complaint about unit F9E4 lower arm not rotating inspected on test mode confirmed top spray arm moving called TL. Ed checked resistance on spray arm motor connector p8-1 p8-3 open p8-3 p8-6 2.14ko one of the windings from spray arm motor open also did voltage test while on test mode & no power drawing to motor either issue with sump asm & control GAVE CX A QUOTE UNDECIDED TO MOVE FWD; ordrng 1 W11368634 (ctrl elec)

CX complaint about unit not turning on unit was pulled off & it was on CX states she just did that this morning & unit started to work found that clamps from condensate pump were left not grabbing enough hose they leak a little & shut pump down now that it dried pump start back up made a better connection to all clamps on the back tested all components on test mode to verify functionallity working fine now

replaced parts all leds working now
