cx complaint is unit makes ice but wont come out door and she cant get bin out either. tested and checked unit. found entire ice bin frozen together as well as down chute. also found right door gasket torn. unit is leaking air up into ice bin ad well as behind ice maker and down back of door as there was frozen water running down as well. will order parts needed. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11048097 (Seperator (grey)) and 1 W11557002 (Ice Maker) and 1 W10917313 (FF R Door Gasket)

replaced the rc handle unit checked good.
