"Cx complaint the unit won't power on. When arrived found the console wouldn't light up when pressing buttons. Accessed the junction box and found the black wires from the main harness weren't tight inside the wire nuts. Shut the power off and re-tightened the nut, ensured all wires were in working order, restored power, got 120v, ran test cycle and unit came on and completed cycle. Unit checks good"

Cx complaint unit making noise and frost in freezer section. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found that the top left of the door isnt meeting the cabinet properly and when loosing the screws at the hinge to correct the gap then goes to the right side. Used a level and found a gap in the cabinet where there isnt enough insolation. Also found several spots where the liner is seperating from the cabinet and the insulation sheeting is sticking out of the door in spots. Contacted techline and spoke to Robert. Product has been submitted for review and whirlpool will reach out with the next steps. Unable to find any noise. No further work needed

Was able to access unit and replace part. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint door not closing properly. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Found hinges bent not allowing screws to sit flush causing issue. Was able to adjust and correct screws. Unit now operates as designed no further work needed

"CX complaint unit doesn't complete cycles if would start. Entered diag and found error codes F5E3 lid lock fault and F8E1 long fill. Ran test and found a slow flow while filling. After water drained the lid lock would click and fail to lock. Unit wouldn't complete the rest of cycle. Ordering valve and lid lock, once available, contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11513248 (lid lock) and 1 W11513255 (inlet valve)"
